On the border between Belgium and France, a French guard is in love with the sister of a Belgian colleague, who harbors a deep hatred for the French. There are enough laughs to keep you watching, but the sub-plots are weak and the cast unequal. The Belgian guard's anger is loud, ugly and certainly not comical.
